Default engine coolant

I have a 91 Diablo and the engine temp gets up there when I'm in the city traffic. Has any one tried different coolants. I see hi performace engine coolants on line like (engine ice, and evans hi performace engine coolant) Just want to see what other Diablo owners are using.

Thanks

I'm using about a 70/30 mix water/coolant. My temp gets to about 100C in 90F+ degree temps and in traffic which I'm not satisfied with, so the next time I change I'm going to try water wetter. I've heard some swear by it, some say no difference, but worth a try.

Also make sure your system is free of air, and both fans work as they should.

Hi Raymondo

I added 3 bottles of the water wet stuff and a couple of weeks ago it got muggie out on the drive home I had to pull over and let the car cool down. I checked an both fans are blowing strong. I'll check this weekend to see if I have air in the system.

Thanks
