guys few months ago i had a fuel pump issues but because of my busy schedule i couldn't track and fix the problem !

well today i pulled the fuel pumps tested them and they worked just fine *both directions.

i then went to check the fuel pumps relays and fuses but my owner manual is totally different !

no fuses at the back of the passenger seats only the ECU's. didnt spot any fuse book in engine compartment either

I then did a fast check on fuses and spotted few burned ones ...replaced them but relays are totally different story.

I will appreciate any help guys thanks

Here is a pic

So the problem is your getting no voltage to the pumps themselves? Not a filter problem? What year is you Diablo? In my 98 there are three locations for fuses. Under the passenger footwell, in the ECU compartment, and engine compartment drivers side behind the carbon fiber panels.

Most likely those control all your cabin functions, exterior lights etc. I doubt they have anything to do with engine controls. In my cars the relays and fuses that control fuel pumps are right next to the ECU.
