I ordered one from ebay a while back for the Jalpa. I will see if I have a photo but it was around $30 and it looks great.

Default Veloce Ti Knob

If you're looking for a biggish round knob like in a Diablo GT, Veloce in Yokohama has a nice titanium one for 45,000yen.

You can check it out here:

lamtitanob.html

The text says (roughly):

"Exclusive Diablo shift knob"

"An easy way to tune-up and dress up you Diablo.
Nicer than Stainless, Titanium's unique feel improves your car's interior.
It's appearance and texture/grip will increase your driving confidence."
