Default Countach replacement windshield???

Has anyone done this? Prices for the replacement? Driving on the highway today behind a truck kicking up all kinds of rocks got me thinking about this.

I wanted to remove mine when I decided to renew the uphostery and leathers on Tahiti. It took a while to turn around the pot, and having some close look here and there, I finally decided that it was not a good idea.
I talked to a specialized body shop for classics around Paris. As a matter of fact the guys were re-assembling a Counatch after complete overhaul, and basically were just trying to fix a problem after another to put a new one in place. Removing it triggers all sorts of problems with the leather of the dashboard, the side reinforcements, and the outside seal...etc
Try not to stay too close to the truck next time

I bought one in Germany for 400 Euro. It's a copy, an original must be extremely expensive, try these guys in UK Classic Lamborghini Parts
