jef - I got it (the first time) and laughed

I found a birthday card that had a cartoon of a "red neck" kinda guy in an old jeep stopped by a female blond police officer with HUGE "headlights" (on high beam

). It was the same joke, and when we gave it to our friend it got lots of laughs.
