Wow, that looks really nice including the apparent mouse-hair interior. It is also good to know that another “fringe Lambo” is in good hands. Congratulations.

Any plans on an Urraco.ch website?
I am sure that would make many Urraco owners happy and actually increase the value of the model.

Congrats Raymond.

Of course we all expect nothing less than a perfectly restored "reborn" vehicle with your track record and experience.

Enjoy !!

Hi (just back from paris),

I will do my best to restore this car, we plan to have it later repainted in Tahiti Blue (btw I have "only" 2 Lambos, the QV in my signature and the P300, the Jalpa I sold in May 2006 and the tahiti blue CT belongs to Eric), first of all we need to sort out the mechanical issues, then the cosmetic part will begin over winter time in the new house with the huge garage.

Perhaps an urraco.ch - Homepage will be created sooner or later, I can't promise now...

Again, congrats for the Urraco...That is a lovely car indeed, and it sure is in good hands. I can't wait to see the new Baby in June

I loved the Jalpa since it was my first Lambo, I bought here in 2000 made 30t km and sold here finally in 2006 with 74t km on the odo.
I had to sell it to buy the real estate for the new house, the urraco was half the price I got for the jalpa.

It's a restore project and therefore cheap, but this doesn't bother me, since I have a good mechanic and can do a lot of the work on my own.

Droping the engine on the V8 takes only 3 hours and is really nothing which needs special mechanical skills.

I'll post more pictures when I get here tomorrow, I'm already impatient although I know this car for 4 years already...
I know the former owners and also that the car has some serious rust issues on the chassis.

First picture is at Affolter in 2002, the other one in 2004.
