...either way it seems ok cosmetically....its cheap enough that you could pour $ into it to bring it mechanically into nice shape (unless it's a complete disaster?!). i called the guy and told him to call me if it falls through...i may call him in a couple of days and see if it went through...and find out what was the story on it. stay tuned if interested.
