Default Jalpa on Ebay US

Hi all,

Just found a very nice looking Jalpa for sale on ebay, located in Texas.

Whilst not mint, it does have the Silhouette wheels and front bumper.

Have a look here.

Someone remarked that car already on their inventory in the background of other cars. Looks nice, with some work it might turn in a beauty, lets hope the engine looks as nice and good inside too...

Another good thing JLA12393 is now also recovered.

Someone tried to get fancy and indexed the tachometer for a vertical red-line. That looks awkward to my eyes. Also, driving 40 km/hr while standing still? Likely a stuck speedometer (maybe a $300 fix).
Other than that it does look really nice judged by the pictures.

There also is a $50k white/white 1985 Jalpa on eBay, which also looks nice except for some missing rear badges and exhaust grill.

I believe the earlier Jalpa's did not come with exhaust grill. My first Jalpa 86 (2nd pic below) had it, but my current 84 does not. My 84 was a one owner car and never came with the grill as was explained to me by the previous owner.

I think the grill actually depended on what exhaust got put on the car. The Ansa sport would not take the grill so many were removed.

That is the first time that I have seen Porsche Brakes on a Jalpa. It looks like a nice car though.

I wonder what kind of Porsche the brakes came off of. This car ran through Ebay something like 5 years ago, I remember it pretty good, I wanted it. It didn't have much less miles then, it was in the 3000 mile range, and the back bumper wasn't painted silver (from memory), the bling chjanges were not there. It was in Texas (like it is now). Someone wet sanded the paint badly on the front near the Bull emblem. I think their website listed 58k for it, so it should be interesting to see what it goes for. 1 of 26 cars delivered with Bravos.
