Default Jalpa #265

I've been working on my car today and for the first time I've had to take of the door cards, etc from the drivers side (Right hand side).

On the back of the last panel is the hand written sticker '265'. Now my car is a later on, number 283. I wondered is 285 had the same mushrrom grey interior, did the buyer change their mind, or am I barking up the wrong tree?
