Yes, I purchased the Jalpa. I will post pics when I get the car. Hopefully I can arrange shipping for early next week. I dont want to steal the thread, but if the car is as it says it is, is $36,600 a good deal?

IMO it's a good deal when you look at the work the prior owner had performed .

Congrats - I was following that auction and feel you got a very good deal (mind you I'm a little biased). Good luck with it and let us know how she's running.

It appears to be squared away mechanically, and thats important. I figure you can't go wrong buying a Jalpa right now, considering the high prices of current year Lambo's and all the press they get. The high end Lambos would definately drag the Jalpa up in price just because there is such a big difference in price!!!!!!!!!!! Nice job and congrats again on winning the bid. show us a picture later of your two Lambo garage! (smile)

I will post tons of pics. Car should be here on Tuesday. Spoke with the transporter and he is doing it on such short notice. If anybody needs a recommendation on transportation in the Southwest, this guy is the person. Enclosed and consciencious. He is the best I have found.
