Default Euro Spec Jalpa in need of a new home...

Circumstances are forcing me to sell ELA12095. Between my new business and my wife's mustangs (the four-legged kind from the American West), I no longer have the time or space. I hate seeing this go, but there's likely someone who could enjoy it and treat it better than I'll be able to for the foreseeable future.

This Jalpa is ELA12095, a Eurospec model properly and legally titled in Virginia. It's in OUTSTANDING condition with around 32K kilometers on the clock. It has about 10K kilometers on the engine rebuild, maybe
1K on the rebuilt gearbox, and less than 400 on the new rear wheel bearings. (You can see the engine in the early stages of the rebuild on Raymond's site under "Broken engine." ) This car needs attention for only a few niggling things to make it perfect (tiny radiator leak, wheel alignment and a proper circlip for the clutch slave-cylinder, and some minor chips in the paint at the front of the rear wheel arches). It comes with some spares (seals, head gaskets, various section of brake lines, and others), but has no toolkit or manual.

I'm putting this here first while I compile the data and photos necessary to attempt the ebay option. E-mail me here or at goliathshome@lycos.com if you're interested.

Jeff

EarlyCat --

This is an 1984, it's metallic black, with full black interior, and my bottom line will be around $41k.

Cheers,

Jeff

Raymond --

Yeah, I'm not very happy about this AT ALL. But I'm not going to turn this car into back into a garage queen while I struggle to get some time back in my life. I'm hoping in a few years to go for the Miura anyway, so in the meantime I'll have to stick with a boring American daily driver, and mountains of horse crap in the pasture

Hope all is well with you, and that your cars are treating you well. Drop me a PM about your racing this year!!

Take care,

Jeff

Well, at the moment no more racing, just sold my 944 Turbo street and race car and bought a boring Audi A4 Kombi 1.9 TDI with 90 bhp.
No more Jalpa, so I have at the moment only 4 cars...

The market is moving North on the Jalpa. I figured it would after watching Countachs rise hard in the last year.
