HAHA, ridicolous, if you want I can organize this in bulk, 1m costs 45 swiss francs = $30.

This is nothing else than 100mm diameter neoprene air tube with SS spirale inside.
I just bought 1m for a colleague for his Jalpa and Silhouette. From 1m you can make at least 4 pieces.

I sent him the parcel with the hose and 8 (!) special clamps for 100 swiss francs ($60) incl. shipment, the clamps were special since you can open the lock.

Unfortunatley I don't read German or French. Could you please give me the contact for these hoses as I would like to replace mine. Thanks in advance.

Well, that's a local supplier here in switzerland, you should be able to get them also in the states, the important thing: inner diameter has to be 100mm, then also use better clamps the original are nothing but garbage.

If you cannot get them overseas, let me know I can organize it without problems, would make sense to order a larger amount and them spread it in US by a member.

They certainly come in a very nice plastic bag.

For alternatives at a 10th of the cost in the US just go here:
http://www.mcmaster.com/
and search for "air duct". 4 inches is very close to 100 mm and a temperature rating of 250F should be good enough.

Instead of waiting for some unfortunate soul to pay an excessive amount for NOS items and then have a laugh about it, wouldn't it make more sense to place information like this on this site, or the Vintage Lamborghini Garage database list?
