Default Another Jalpa on Ebay White on White

Raymond is this one in your registry and do you know anything about it's history. Looks like it's # 276.

The doors leather should be cleaned otherwise it looks quite nice.

What is very interesting, this car has already the access panel to the engine bay and it's GLA12276, we always supposed that panel was introduced at about VIN 300.

White is good, but IMO that ugly yellow stone guard on the rear fender should be replaced with a black or clear one. It also looks as if the springs need a little attention. When mine was as low as that the front wheel was rubbing while turning and going over a curb.

Raymond, this car came off the assembly line one before mine, and mine has the access panel.

There isn't many true white on white cars (out of the pool of not too many to start with). It could be the Miami Vice car.

There are quite a lot white on white Jalpas in US on a quick view in the registry I counted at least 10 in US and some more in europe, white/red is more seldom, unfortunately the worst combination red/magnolia is the most often produced

i'm thinking of driving over to ft. myers to check this one out. it's very similar to the one steve maman was selling a while back - i couldn't work through the problem of importing it into the US since it wasn't quite 25 yrs old yet. this one looks in terrific shape cosmetically - from the picture, the engine compartment seems in good shape also - does anyone see any flaws just from the pictures? i don't really see anything. if i get it in the low 30's ... i may go for it. i recently picked up another 80's car that i loved...i may just get this one and store it. maybe later down the road i give it the attention is deserves. but they're so hard to find especially in tip top shape...

any thoughts on this one are welcomed - what can i expect right off the bat if i can get this one? thanks guys...

Unfortunately nobody of us can see inside the engine, when you check it out, take care of blue smoke, oil pressure at cold and warm and general throttle response. Check also the water expansion bottle for oil traces.
The only thing which is really not nice is the dirty leather on the door panels.
