Default Installing new speakers into Countach Doors

I want to update my sound system on my 88.5 Countach. Does anyone know what size speakers fit into the door. I think they are 5.25" but not sure. Also if anyone has done this in the past can you give me hints and tricks how to get the door panels off.

Thanks,
Ron

i dont even bother to turn on the radio.... all that work and u still want to listen to music? talk about multitasking... in a countach, its best if you just interact with the car and listen to what its telling you.... REV ME!! lol

From MY on there were 2 speakers in the door sills, the doors as well as in the dashboard extenions.

No need to cut anything, but you can replace the speakers with modern ones and also improve theway they are mounted into the car.
