Default Countach rear reflector wanted

Hi

I am trying to get hold of a rear reflector which is part of the rear light cluster on a Countach QV. It is the small rectangular reflector that sits below the three square lights and it has fallen off. The part number is 006319022. I have tried Eurospares in the UK but no luck as the factory do not stock them apparently.

Can anyone help?

thanks

Craig

It's a primitive Carello part, perhaps I can locate the source car.
