Yes, it's almost the same, I suppose the camshafts are different but crank, piston etc should be the same.
If you give me some time I can check in the spare parts manual and list the differences.

Ian, it would depend if the Jarama engine is a Jarama "S" engine or not. The normal Jarama engine had a different compressio ratio. The "S" engine was the 365 HP engine vs the early Jarama engine being 350 HP.
The valves, rods and crank will work. The heads will not, as the Countach casting was different. I am sure you most likely could probably make them work though. The liners would be the same also. Chadbourn Bolles 803 798 3044 |

The Jarama "S" has bigger intake ports in the head and the intake manifolds are also different. The pistons in the Jarama and the Jarama "S" are also different part numbers.

After a 350 mile round trip with my dismantled Countach engine we studied the Jarama engine which was found to have a different crankcase casting and different heads designed to drive only one distributor, smaller intake ports plus different cams. So I am going to purchase new parts and rebuild my original engine.

LIke I said I have plenty of the valves, sleeves, pistons. Most of the stuff is no longer available from Lambo. I can get oversize pistons made, new valves made. Sleeves can be reused if you are going to bore the engine. Another question, when I called you at the 45914 number, is that a cell number? My phone company is charging me for a cell call to you.
