I have been asked about this part for years. Attached(I hope) is a pic of it. Anybody know what it is???????????

Boy, that is a real brain teaser then Chad!

I was going to say its the missing button off my coat...

However, from the looks of it, my guess would be a interior knob of some sort, that normally would have some sort of pictorial icon in the middle (something like a fan icon, defroster icon?)

It also reminds me a little of some of the older knobs that hold an air filter cover on.

Is it treaded?

Its got me stumped.

It looks like the button which goes on the countach to open the glove compartment

Redlambo89, got it right. It is the button that goes on the end of the rod that opens the glove box for the Countach. For cars after the glove box with the key and before the 25th cars.

The Jalpa uses a button to open its glove box too. But, it looks different from the Countach. Here is a shot of it from the parts manual. (Number 23).

I will have to see if Lambo has any. I did find out a price, crazy, thanks to Audi. price now is $12.81 not counting postage.

it looks like the volume intensity knob for my particle accelerator displacement system.....i thought i left it somewhere...
