Default e-gear snapshot of 5.15mm

I had today an e-gear snapshot on a diagnostic computer, its says 5.15

Can anyone tell me how to convert this number to the % of clutch wear? Also, its a 2004 Gallardo, what are the parts numbers for clutch replacement? I want the updated clutch for future replacement.
