Have driven behind an Enzo (at speed) in a Gallardo on a race track! How's that!
Ignoring the cost, I would prefer the Murcielago - it's more 'artistic' to look at, the curves and angles are beautiful. The Murcielago is better finished too - sit in an Enzo and you can see your feet through the gaps in the dashboard!
The Enzo has some great lines but it's sort of a bit odd looking to my eyes. As to performance, the more fast cars I own the more I realise that it is both incredibly stressful and uncomfortable to constantly seek out every single horse of power. It's also quite dangerous as tyre technology will only take you so far... The Enzo is blisteringly quick and mouthwateringly rare - but what does that mean?? The Murcielago is rare, more than quick enough and has more soul.
What have I missed?!
