If you want a daily driver, you would be better off with a gallardo (if you are set with getting a lambo)
LP640's are actually very comfortable to drive both in terms of cabin space, seat comfort, etc.
Stay away from Aston Martin's.. they drive like an 89 camaro.. very clunky and very unreliable. A couple of guys in my neighborhood have DB9's, and I can tell you that I have seen the tow truck hauling their cars to the shop more than a couple times.
F430's are great cars and can be a daily driver, but they are very loud, especially at over 4k rpm.. forget about trying to talk on the phone in the car while driving. Fun as hell to drive, but can get very old very fast because of the cabin noise and loud exhaust (even stock exhaust). Actually my favorite F-car is the 599.. I owned one for the past year and loved driving it.. fast as hell, has more creature comforts and very comfortable driving around town.. low cabin noise and you can actually talk on a bluetooth connection without having to scream.. but when you put the pedal down, you are leaving everything else in the dust.
If you want something fast, comfortable and want a little anonymity, the porsche turbo is a good choice.. plus you can tune the crap out of them if you are into modding your cars..
Audi R8's are great looking cars, but I would wait until they have the v10's later this year.. personally I haven't owned one or even driven one, so I can't speak from a place of authority on those
Hope that helps
