you really need to be cautious here! sounds like the clear was either poor quality or the prep was or both. they do make strippers out there designed just for this type of repair. I would suggest you take the pieces to a body shop that knows what they are doing with this type of material and leave it to them... the clears are much better now, flex agents, uv inhibitors are all available now to produce high quality finishes that will last. I could get into exactly how to do this, but carbon fiber dust is NOT something you want to ingest in any form and you don't want to injure the weave by sanding or stripping improperly.
