I've ridden in both, and driven a F430. Still waiting to drive a Gallardo.

From a purely gutteral, raw and "animalistic" viewpoint, the Ferrari takes the crown...but for daily living, comfort and overall speed (and dare I say practicality?!), I have my eye set on the Gallardo. Of course the easy solution is to own both. If only buying one from driving & riding in both, I'm set on the Gallardo. I would of course be more of a reliable source if I had owned either
