i smelt the clutch for the first 50 miles of my new gallardo and brought it in to have it checked out- they told me i had relatively no wear on the clutch and the smell had disappered. 150 miles on her now and no smell at all and rides great- i would tell anyone if they experience this to play it safe and bring it back in for a loo but this does seem to be somewhat common for the first 50 miles or so till she breaks in a bit
