I recently agreed to purchase a lamborghini from an independent dealer not affiliated with this site. When I went to pick up the car that had been described to me as having no paintwork (all origianl paint) I found out most of the car had been repainted, (not heavy body work, the car has a clean car fax) but still it was repainted some of it extremely well, some of it not so well. My two questions for this board
A) Was I obligated to buy the car even though it was described wrong?
B) How much does paintwork decrease the value of a Ferrari or lamborghini?
