You will still get a ticket. By law, your front plate has to be fixed to your front bumper. By having it in your trunk or in the corner of your window or on your visior will still get you a ticket. If you get a "nice" cop, he might give you a warning or let you off this time... but its just a matter of time til you get a cop that dosen't take any crap and slaps you with a ticket.
