Then why didn't you say that in the beginning? I really don't think anyone on here is going to steal your idea, nor could they really find any details from you that might give them a competitive advantage. Furthermore, I doubt the uniqueness you might create in some type of service business hasn't already been tried - you may not know about it. Giving us MORE details might give you better insight on whether or not someone HAS used your "business model" before - and you would then know what the validity of your project is at the very beginning.
