Was that an official Lambo dealer, or an independent Lambo "specialist"? Did he know about the set-up and calibration procedures described above, or does he just change the parts without further set-up?

As has been stated, fast starts and uphill starts, and reversing I think, are harder on the clutch than any other activity, and apparently can be particularly bad during the first 100km after changing a clutch.
