My preference is the manual transmission as I simply feel that it is much more "man and machine" operating in unision. However, my '05 Murcielago took quite a while to sell with many of the buyers passing on it because of the manual transmission. Consequently, I have succumbed and ordered my new '08 with an E-Gear.... The real benefit - after a few too many drinks, my wife can drive us home!?!
