Default Tires

I'm looking for that Classic Car Magazine which had an Ad in the back for a company in the UK that did Tire recreations according to customer specifications for out of production tires but in the mean this is what I've found:

http://store.coker.com/ (They recreate tires and can make any tire for customers).

http://www.alpinetirecenter.com/ (Repair Old Tires)

Hope this helps.

PS: I offered the guy USD 73,000 which I felt was too much later on, kicked myself for getting too excited quickly, I talked with the head mechanic at Lambo and he told me sourcing parts is a bitch on the body and interior, he says the mechanicals they're able to handle. While I was at Lambo I saw another LM in the shop being updated and revamped, the guy is spending major bucks on it, repainting, new interior, powder coated rims and reversing camera. I think it had the earlier Countach V12s, the engine was all opened up and new gaskets were being installed, a USD 7000 job, just for that.

A friend of mine used to import them in the 80s to Cali and convert them to US specs strongly urged me to walk away, I love the LM but after what I heard and saw I decided to take his advice. I'm sad but what can I say, I have the G55 to console me, I sincerely wish Lambo comes out with an updated version of the LM which is close to the original design wise but with better everything else.

I am keeping mine and it took many years to find the right LM.

Interested in the tires also.

Good luck.
