the electricain had fitted an immobiliser as requiered by my insurance company. i think he has on moving or checking hte fuses done something to the fuses 1 and 2. In any event he now has the car going again by putting the wires for both through fuse 1! he says htere is a problem behind fuse 2! he was looking for a wiring diagram for the 86 although I have explained to him many of these cars were build differently as the time passed!
We have it running again, but i am still thinking of your ignition upgrade asa good idea!
