I'm 22 and in college, and after that, med school, residency... Christ knows when the hell I'll get out. I am staying in school because I KNOW that I cannot do anything else. I know school is BS and all you get out of it is a piece of paper. That paper, even though it may not mean didley to you or I, means a TON to everyone else, so it is probably for the best if you suck it up and get through it, 3 more years and you'll be DONE.
That said, if you TRULY hate school, and IF you have the verve, drive, intensity and determination and intelligence to make your own way, drop out, work your ass off for a year, save EVERY PENNY, then open a pizza shop. After that, be prepared to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week for the next 10 or so years, also saving every penny. If you invest at all invest your money in real estate.
This is assuming you do not have a specific idea or vision. If you do have some business idea (a store, a product, whatever), make sure you ask yourself if it can actually be done with little to no money, and that it will sustain itself if it gets off the ground.
Hope this helps, pal.
I do not think you can go wrong with SI's advice.
