THe W in Dallas wasn't all that impressive to me. I went there right when Ghost Bar opened and went to a party there for my friends birthday. While it was a crazy, funny, and very eventful night, I had some bad experiences. It is a very nice hotel regardless.

The funniest thing of the whole W experience was when we pulled up. I had a friend who followed us from Houston in his Taurus rental car. He pulls up to valet first, followed by me (in friends car-landcruiser), then followed by a bently flying spur, and some mediocre sedan. Valet completely ignores my friend and procedes to help us, and then the people behind us, never paying attention to the lonely Taurus.
