Integra, I think you just turned a LOT of people off because you first stated that you needed to sell it to get "your" house. Now, you are selling it for a friend? Most would consider that a fishy deal. And besides, it does not matter what "she" owes on the car. It is just like anything else, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you're that hard up, try taking it to a dealer. Consider this a blessing. Buying property in SD is NOT a good idea right now.
