Do what you like, it is your car! With so many comments from boths sides, I think you will do well to go either way. When I first got my Jalpa I wanted to keep it as original as possible. Now I don't see the point. I don't think the value will change based on the paint you choose. People seem to like or hate both ideas. In my opinion both would be cool, but it is what you think that matters most.
