Does H&T seem to have any discernible benefit (or, dare say it, detriment) on the wear life of the Gallardo clutch?

I Heel & Toe every shift in all of my cars, and have done so ever since learning it in '91 (you tend to use it all the time), and have even found i've glazed a clutch on my daily driver due to the babying it got.

Just interested to see whether people who H&T have found a benefit in the longevity of their clutch.
