I got EXACTLY the same problem on my Gallardo 04. First I thought the clutch was damaged but Lamborghini confirmed to me that I have the latest revision installed already and that this cannot be the problem. The problem appears when I am accelerating on an uphill grade or trying to drive over even a little speedbump.

I tried to activate the sport mode but the problem does not disappear. I have to drive the car on automatic to be able to accelerate smoothly.

A solution for this problem I heard is to calibrate the clutch. An official Lamborghini Dealer does have the software for it. You could also ask a Chiptuning company if they have this kind of software. I heard some of them do have it. I am going to do this calibration within the next 3 weeks when an official technicial from germany comes with his laptop. I will let you know about the outcome.
