I was rear ended last week in stop and go traffic. I have moderate damage done to rear of my car. Bumper is destroyed, tailpipe bent, rear grill bent, and worst yet, rear quarter on driver's side slightly creased.

Questions are, any suggestions on where to take it in Central Florida. Second question is what do I have to accept in way of repairs from the insurance company? Meaning, is body filler and a "best try" paint match of the quarter and rear what I have to accept unless digging in my own pocket for a proper repair? Or can I demand a repair worthy of the vehicle? Last question is what is an acceptable repair? Again, minor damage if we were talking anything other than an exotic.
