I contacted SPEC clutch and their kit alone is $3500 plus flywheel and install.

What are the negatives of the car without being biased?

Can I convert the car to use powersteering?
Yes you can convert the cart to power steering. I have done it for a relative cheap cost.

You can get a clutch redone on your original one for about $600-700. As far as the flywheel goes, let me know if you need one. I am sure I can beat some prices. The clutch will last a long time if not abused, but just like any other car..it can wear out if abused. As far as a $10K cost...I think it's a bit high. If you are a home mechanic like me...you could do it in a weekend. But that is if you have all the tools to do it. Took me about 6-7 hours to pull the engine and I was taking my time.

I like the 91-93 but it's a raw diablo. I think they are good cars once the kinks are worked out of them.
