Perhaps I'm wrong but in the very first picture the carbon diffusor spoiler looks like not being even.

You made me just now go in the garage and look...
The diffusor is straight, I think maybe just the pic and light
The air hoses go into a big box that goes over a big radiator type fan housing. I am not a mechanic, so I do not know what it is, OIL cooler? water?
Maybe someone can help out here??????/
