There are only two main differences.

The biggest one being the US has sealed air boxes. These were required in the US to reduce fumes and contain fire. In the earlier models these made changing the plugs very difficult and usually required dropping the engine. On the later models there added an access panel that allowed easy access to the plugs.

The other main difference was the exhaust. The US has higher emissions standards and required the exhaust to have converters and different mufflers.

These are the only main differences in the cars.
