Lets start with trying to use the report button and I will also add a plug in to make registration more difficult for automated spammers. If there is still an issue we will change things similar to what Zonda was recommending.
There is also the option of an approval process where I (or LT staff) would have to approve new members.
There are quite a few options but would prefer things be automated.
