This thread was (is) a real page turner. 'The Lambo nightmare', could be a great Brian De Palma movie, maybe the guy could recuperate some money by writing a script.
No, seriously, I don't want to be sarcastic: it's a crime that buying a dream turns out like this. Having read everything, I believe he has been ripped off by an old fashioned vacuum cleaner salesman. This should not happen to any true car enthusiast, even when buying a F..ri.
This (horror) story also proves that this site serves one of it's major purposes:
inform people who are contemplating to buy a very delicate and expensive mechanical thing (sorry about that last word).
Conclusion for anyone who wants to buy a Lambo: POST DATA, PICTURES AND QUESTIONS on this site, and the next day: do it again.
Unless you're buying from Roy, of course.
