I may be moving back to the US sooner than I had planned..I have a "gulf spec" spyder...can anyone lead me to a company / person with experience in importing ?

Specific questions
1. The spedometer is KM...can this be changed to miles / is it needed ?
2. Th current plates are the long euro style..what is involved in converting to the USA style license plates ?
3. The Dubai dealer said the car meets US requirements...is this true ?
4. What are the potential costs of importing vs selling in dubai and re-buying in the US ?
5. Warranty - good in state s?
6. What is insurance running in the states, if used as a daily driver ? Is there a preferred insurance company that is trustworthy for lambo owners?
