I know that Ferrari used the same MM Box, just with another rev limiter.
You can install a Countach box in a Ferrari but the 512 box would cut the engine at 6800 instead of 7800...

Of course you can use a master switch, when the ignition key is off my box has absolutely no current, no problem on this side.
