I managed to get the battery out with your diagram's help

the problem was I couldn't see the nut on part #59 - not helped by the fact I had no torch at the time!

I have been told a battery 096 type is the relevant replacement

the current battery is French and says it is for Peugeot 106 so probably completely underpowered
