Angry GaryS...tell the REAL story
ok gary.,, i have sat and watched this BS go on long enough,, lets tell the TRUTH.
#1 You contacted me on this car and were told that the car was being sold privately and the work that was listed had been done by the previous dealer, NOT ME(which . Thru various threads and chats we can see that you reserched this car WELL BEFORE you purchased it, and were told all about this car, the previous seller and many other lambos, but you still chose to buy it). The Lambo chat sights are littered with your questions and comments and alot of other people also commented on the car BEFORE you purchased it YOU called the dealer who claims to have had the work done and he ALSO verified that the work was done (see your threads).
#2. the ONLY reason it was sold thru me was that you were told it would be easier to get it into canada..
#3. you were offered the chance SEVERAL TIMES to fly out and inspect in person or have an inspection service look at the car, i even offered to have the car rollbacked to a foreign car shop to have them look at it.. you were offered this SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND AFTER you purchased the car, as the car sat our warehouse for a number of weeks before transport and you REFUSED!.
#4. after you received the car, you were thrilled, very happy and pleased(see YOUR OWN thread, where you even downloaded pics!!)
#5 IN YOUR OWN THREAD, you state that you drove the car for an entire day without any problems until the next day, when there were problems.. how do I know how you drove the car???!!! Lambo aren't your everyday Hyundi's....
#6 and as for "i have found two others who were ripped off" I don't specialize in these cars, never said i did, and never will. I'm sure one of the other guys is the idiot from georgia who bought the $4000 porsche 944 turbo off of E-bay, drove up to PERSONALLY inspect, told us he was a porsche master machanic, was told we knew NOTHING about porsches, AFTER he thouroughly inspected and drove, we took money off for weak brakes, he was happy, paid and drove away.. DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE WE COULD HAVE DONE!! he didn't have to buy the car, and NEITHER DID YOU OR ANYONE ELSE!! AS WITH EVERY CUSTOMER... you were given EVERY chance to inpect the car BEFORE and AFTER the purchase, but refused. I encourage VERY customer to inspect EVERY car, before purchse!!
and as far as you "being the proud owner of the Teaguemotorsports.com website.. knock yourself out!! it just gives me more evidence for a Slander suit. and please keep blogging, and chatting.. it gives me written proof that we did everything we could.

Unfortunately, I wish I had known the truth about this car BEFORE paying, but as you can see in the thread, my first post was on September 10, AFTER paying for the car.
And, I never called the "dealer," and have never posted that I did. Anyways, nice of him to admit (again) that he DID tell me that the car had a new clutch and was recently serviced (an OBVIOUS misrepresentation) and for implying that he admits the car is not as advertised.
He never offered a "foreign" shop inspection.
And from receiving the car to it starting to act up (a few hundred metres -- the clutch pedal would get stuck, the horn wouldn't stop honking) to it failing completely was a few kilometres and I have proof of mileage through pictures, delivery forms, towing receipts, and Lamborghini Vancouver. No one can look at that picture of the clutch, the motor, the overall condition of the car, the leaks, the rotted pipes, the SNAILS behind the panels, etc, etc, and say it occurred in the space of a few kilometres, and no one could possibly believe that it had received a major service at 30,000 km.
Nice of you to call one of your customers an idiot! You get bonus points for customer service on that one.
The only truth here is that you lied to me and misrepresented the car, placed false advertisements, and now admit it. Thanks.
