This is really getting annoying. The BBB in Virginia "administratively closed" my complaint because of a snafu: I was asked for a reply on November 20 to Teagues nonsense reply, the SAME DAY that the BBB closed the file. I sent my reply in on Nov. 22, and when I asked them to correct their mistake, they say that my issues were addressed (interesting, since they didn't get the email and fax with my issues until two days later -- within their five days permitted). Is it just something with Virginians???? My God, I can't believe what I'm thinking: "thank God for lawyers."
Anyways, if the BBB can't get their act together, I'll post my letter to them up here to help others out.
