Sad story today: the clutch won't disengage, I had to get it towed, and now it's sitting in my garage waiting for an appointment with ** for NEXT Thursday (8 days away).

I'm *not* mechanically inclined, but I think something is wrong with the linkage. What do you guys think: With the engine off, the gear shifter shifts into all gears. With the engine on, I can't shift out of neutral. The car rolls with the engine off and the shifter in neutral. The car turns but won't start with the shifter in gear and the clutch disengaged (pushed down all the way).

I don't have a manual and don't even know if the clutch is hydraulic. Is it? If so, where's the resevoir?

I was stalled on a sloping carpark of a gas station and it took an hour to load the car onto a flat bed truck for towing (very little clearance).

Finally, anyone in ** recommend a shop for the car.
