we're not talking about a car that anyone seems to know much about or cares to divulge much about, or your car or Raymonds, or Davids, or Lorenzo's yada yada. This sounds like a very if'y car and until proven otherwise should be viewed with caution.
Yes all the NICE Jalpas of our Jalpa Fraternity Here are worth at least $40 & up, because they are nice and have Documentation, but we're talking about what could be a ticking time bomb, and until proven otherwise should be considered with the usual caution any one of us here would view a completely unkown situation.
