Let's not get crazy here!

I think I know George as well as anyone else on this board just based on the amount of money I've spent, (wisely I might add) for his expertise and honest approach. Lot's of crooks out there! Most are wearing suits, not work blues.

The simple fact is: George doesn't want the car off his premises and you can't understand this. The guy offered you his shop and tools to have someone go there to do the PPI. This isn't unusual.

If I were to sell my car tomorrow, I wouldn't let it out of my sight for one second. Even to get washed at another shop would be out of the question. Let's get real. This is a $33,900 car. If you took it for a quickie and got into a small accident George would be sued for five times that amount...by you I might add.

Shut up and send the guy there to do the PPI if you really want the car.

George is a stand-up guy. Nothing you said in this thread has changed that fact. How's this. If George certified this car, I will back-up any guarantee he gives you. That's how honest I think George is.
